Sec. 536. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, sick leave provided by section 6307 of title 5, United States Code, may be approved for purposes related to the adoption of a child in order to test the feasibility of this concept during fiscal year 1991. (b) Subsection (a) shall cease to be effective as of September 30, 1991.
