SEC. 305. EXTENDED COLD WEATHER CLOTHING SYSTEMS Of the amount authorized to be appropriated under section 301(a)(1) for operation and maintenance for the Army for fiscal year 1991, $39,951,000 may be used for the acquisition of clothing under the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System.
