PAYMENTS TO STATES.
SEC. 5109. PAYMENTS TO STATES. Section 35 of the Act of February 25, 1920 (30 U.S.C. 191) is amended by adding the following at the end thereof: “In determining the amount of payments to States under this section, the amount of such payments shall not be reduced by any administrative or other costs incurred by the United States.”.
