SEC. 343. EXTENSION OF DATE FOR COMPLETION OF STUDY ON WASTE RECYCLING Section 361(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (Public Law 101–189; 103 Stat. 1429) is amended by striking out “one year after the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “March 1, 1991”.
