V-22 OSPREY AIRCRAFT PROGRAM

SEC. 211. V-22 OSPREY AIRCRAFT PROGRAM (a) Funding.— Of the amount authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201, $238,000,000 shall be available for research, development, test, and evaluation in connection with the V-22 aircraft program. (b) Prohibition of Alternatives.— None of the funds appropriated pursuant to section 201 may be used for research, development, test, and evaluation for a replacement aircraft to perform the medium-lift mission other than the V-22 aircraft.
