SEC. 1682. DEVELOPMENT OF SPACE-BASED BALLISTIC MISSILE INTERCEPT LAYER. Section 1688 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115–91; 10 U.S.C. 2431 note) is amended—(1) by striking subsection (c); and(2) by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (c).
