SEC. 244. SUPPORT FOR ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201, $50,000,000 shall be available for the support (through the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) of advanced precompetitive research provided for in cooperative agreements and other transactions authorized by section 2371 of title 10, United States Code.
