SEC. 2101. As part of the study, the Secretary shall consider the following alternatives:(A) The construction of new facilities.(B) The repair of current facilities.(C) The renovation and repurposing of other facilities at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.(D) Such other alternatives as the Secretary considers practicable.133 STAT. 1864(2) Submission of results.—Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report containing the results of the study conducted under paragraph (1). The report shall be unclassified, but may include a classified annex.
