SEC. 104. DEFENSE AGENCIES Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1991 for procurement for the Defense Agencies in the amount of $2,149,954,000, of which— (1) $161,500,000 is for electronic warfare procurement; and (2) $637,096,000 is for the Special Operations Command.
