SRAM II MISSILE PROGRAM

SEC. 131. SRAM II MISSILE PROGRAM None of the funds appropriated for fiscal year 1991 for procurement for the Air Force may be obligated for the SRAM II missile program (other than funds for peculiar support equipment and the industrial modernization improvement program) until the Secretary of Defense certifies to the congressional defense committees that development flight tests for that missile demonstrate that the missile (including the rocket motor propellant) meets the established performance criteria.
