SEC. 154. POLICY FOR SSN-21 SUBMARINE PROCUREMENT The funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 1991 for the SSN-21 nuclear attack submarine program are to be obligated in accordance with applicable law, policies, and regulations. This section may not be construed as expressing a preference for any particular method of contracting for the SSN-21 submarine authorized by this Act.
