TACIT RAINBOW PROGRAM

SEC. 162. TACIT RAINBOW PROGRAM The Secretary of the Air Force may not obligate any funds to establish a second source for procurement of the TACIT Rainbow system until the Secretary submits to the congressional defense committees a report describing total program quantities to be procured and the cost effectiveness of proceeding with two sources of production.
