Executive Office for Immigration Review (including transfer of funds) For expenses necessary for the administration of immigration-related activities of the Executive Office for Immigration Review, $672,966,000, of which $4,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the Executive Office for Immigration Review fees deposited in the “Immigration Examinations Fee” account, and of which not less than $18,000,000 shall be available for services and activities provided by the Legal Orientation Program: Provided, That not to exceed $35,000,000 of the total amount made available under this heading shall remain available until expended.133 STAT. 2397
