TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CONTRACT PROVISIONS

SEC. 828. TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CONTRACT PROVISIONS (a) Provisions To Be Included.— Section 3133(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (Public Law 101–189; 103 Stat. 1675) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by inserting after “to the extent not already included” the following: “and subject to paragraph (6)”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(6) Contract provisions referred to in paragraph (1) shall include only such provisions as are necessary to carry out paragraphs (1) and (2) of this subsection.”. (b) Effective Date.— Paragraph (6) of 3133(d) of such Act, as added by subsection (a), shall apply only to contracts entered into after the date of enactment of this Act.
