Sec. 538. Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: Provided, That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Public Law 99–177):(1) $91,000,000 from Public Law 116–6 under the heading “Customs and Border Protection—Operations and Support”.(2) $38,000,000 from Public Law 116–6 under the heading “ ‘Customs and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction and Improvements”.(3) $20,000,000 from Public Law 115–141 under the heading “Customs and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements”.(4) $5,000,000 from Public Law 115–141 under the heading “Coast Guard—Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation”.(5) $42,379,000 from Public Law 116–6 under the heading “Transportation Security Administration—Operations and Support”.(6) $5,764,000 from Public Law 116–6 under the heading “Transportation Security Administration—Procurement, Construction and Improvements”.
