SEC. 534. ADVANCED EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE Section 2005 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(3), by inserting “or fails to fulfill any term or condition prescribed pursuant to clause (4),” after “agreement,”; and (2) in subsection (f)(1), by inserting “or fails to fulfill any term or condition prescribed pursuant to clause (4) of such subsection,” after “agreement,”.
