Sec. 789. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no funds available to the Department of Agriculture may be used to move 133 STAT. 2658 any agency from the mission area in which it was located on August 1, 2018, to any other mission area or office within the Department in the absence of the enactment of specific legislation affirming such move.
