SEC. 5426. PAYMENTS TO THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA. The second sentence of section 1341(e) (22 U.S.C. 3751(e)) is amended— (1) by striking out “and” before “(6)”; and (2) by inserting before the period “, and (7) amounts programmed to meet working capital requirements”.
