SEC. 1408. FUNDS IN DEFENSE COOPERATION ACCOUNT There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1991 from the Defense Cooperation Account established under section 2608 of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 202 of Public Law 101–403, the sum of $1,000,300,000 for programs, projects, and activities of the Department of Defense.
