SEC. 203. DELAY OF DSH REDUCTIONS. Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A)) is amended by striking “December 21, 2019” each place it appears and inserting “May 23, 2020”.
