SEC. 502. REPEAL OF ANNUAL FEE ON HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDERS.(a) In General.—Subtitle A of title IX of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking section 9010.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply to calendar years beginning after December 31, 2020.
