AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS

SEC. 1802. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 201, $200,000,000 shall be available for the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program established under chapter 172 of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 1001. To the extent provided in appropriation Acts, the amount made available by this section shall remain available until expended.
