SEC. 1542. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE UNITED STATES SOLDIERS’ AND AIRMEN’S HOME There is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1991 from the Soldiers’ Home, Permanent Fund, the sum of $53,999,000 for the operation of the United States Soldiers’ and Airmen’s Home. This section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
