SEC. 1003. CIVIL AIR PATROLOf the amount made available for operation and maintenance under section 1001(1), $1,000,000 shall be available to the Secretary of Defense for the purpose of paying expenses incurred by the Civil Air Patrol in conducting drug surveillance flights.
