SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING THE EFFECTIVE USE OF COUNTER-DRUG FUNDS

SEC. 1006. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING THE EFFECTIVE USE OF COUNTER-DRUG FUNDS It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff should continue to emphasize the commitment of the Department of Defense to its extremely important mission of combating illegal drugs so that the entire chain of command of the Department of Defense fully and effectively uses funds of the Department to ensure the maximum contribution of the Armed Forces to the national counter-drug effort.
