CONFORMING STORAGE FACILITIES Section 2404(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1987 (Public Law 99–661) is amended to read as follows: “(a) Authority.— The Secretary of Defense may carry out military construction projects not otherwise authorized by law for104 STAT. 1779 conforming storage facilities using funds appropriated for such purpose.”.
