SEC. 2911. CLARIFYING AMENDMENT Section 2687(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting “homeport facility for any ship,” after “center,”; and (2) by striking out “under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of a military department” and inserting in lieu thereof “under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense, including any leased facility,”.
