ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF MILITARY HOUSING RENTAL GUARANTEE PROGRAM

SEC. 2811. ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF MILITARY HOUSING RENTAL GUARANTEE PROGRAM (a) In General.— Section 802(h) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1984 (10 U.S.C. 2821 note), is amended by striking out “1990” and inserting in lieu thereof “1991”. (b) Limitation.— Section 802 of such Act is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(i) Not more than six agreements may be entered into under this section during fiscal year 1991.”.
