SEC. 2830. LAND CONVEYANCE. ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, GEORGIA (a) In General.— Subject to subsections (b) through (e), the Secretary of the Air Force may sell and convey all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property, including improvements thereon, consisting of a total of approximately 70 acres, and comprising a portion of Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. (b) Competitive Bid Requirement, Minimum Sale Price.— (1) The Secretary shall use competitive procedures for the sale of property referred to in subsection (a). (2) In no event may any of the property referred to in subsection (a) be sold for an amount less than the fair market value, as determined by the Secretary. (c) Use of Proceeds.— The Secretary shall deposit proceeds received from the sale of property authorized by this section in the special account established pursuant to section 204(h) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C 485(h)). (d) Legal Description of Property.— The exact acreage and legal description of the property to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Secretary. The cost of such survey shall be borne by the purchaser. (e) Additional Terms and Conditions.— The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with any transaction authorized by this section as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
