SEC. 2838. LAND TRANSFER. ARLINGTON. VIRGINIA The property consisting of approximately 14.05 acres of real property, and improvements thereon, known as Barracks “K”, located in Arlington, Virginia, shall be deemed excess property, and the Administrator of General Services may transfer the property to the Secretary of the Navy without consideration.
