(rescission of funds)Sec. 256. Immediately upon enactment of this Act, of the unobligated balances of funds made available by section 8003 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2) to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the supply chain modernization initiative, $76,105,000 is hereby rescinded.
