SEC. 305. REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES TO BE USED PRIMARILY BY INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY. Section 602(a) of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (50 U.S.C. 3304(a)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$6,000,000”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$6,000,000”.
