AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS

SEC. 4203. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS (a) Authorization.— There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Defense $150,000,000 for fiscal year 1991 to carry out section 4201 and the amendment made by section 4202. Amounts appropriated pursuant to this subsection shall remain available until expended. (b) Administrative Expenses.— Of amounts appropriated pursuant to this section, not more than five percent may be retained by the Secretary of Labor for the administration of the activities authorized by the amendment made by section 4202.
