Sec. 502. During fiscal year 2022, section 614 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2364) shall be applied—(1) in subsection (a)(4)(A)(ii), by substituting “$1,000,000,000” for “$250,000,000”; and (2) in subsection (a)(4)(C), by substituting “$200,000,000” for “$50,000,000”, “$1,000,000,000” for “$250,000,000”, “$1,000,000,000” for “$500,000,000”, and “$1,750,000,000” for “$1,000,000,000”.
