SEC. 13901. PERMANENT EXTENSION OF TAX RATE TO FUND BLACK LUNG DISABILITY TRUST FUND.(a) In General.—Section 4121 is amended by striking subsection (e). (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply to sales in calendar quarters beginning after the date which is 1 day after the date of enactment of this Act.
