SEC. 814. CLARIFICATION TO FIXED-PRICE INCENTIVE CONTRACT REFERENCES.(a) Authority to Acquire Innovative Commercial Products and Commercial Services Using General Solicitation Competitive Procedures.—Section 3458(c)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “fixed-price incentive fee contracts” and inserting “fixed-price incentive contracts”. (b) Contractor Incentives to Achieve Savings and Improve Mission Performance.—Section 832 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114–328; 10 U.S.C. 1746 note) is amended by striking “fixed-price incentive fee contracts” and inserting “fixed-price incentive contracts”.
