DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 11002. DEFINITIONS. In this division:(1) Commandant.—The term “Commandant” means the Commandant of the Coast Guard. (2) Secretary.—Except as otherwise provided, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating.
