SEC. 11106. COAST GUARD YARD RESILIENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT. There is authorized to appropriated for the period of fiscal years 2023 through 2028 for the Secretary—(1) $273,000,000 for the purposes of improvements to facilities of the Coast Guard Yard; and (2) $236,000,000 for the acquisition of a new floating drydock at the Yard.136 STAT. 4006
