SEC. 11802. PASSENGER VESSEL SECURITY AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. Section 3507(k)(1) of title 46, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A) by striking “at least 250” and inserting “250 or more”; and (2) by striking subparagraph (B) and inserting the following:“(B) has overnight accommodations for 250 or more passengers; and” .
