Sec. 204. (a) Title I of Public Law 108–361 (the Calfed Bay-Delta Authorization Act) (118 Stat. 1681), as amended by section 204 of division D of Public Law 117–103, shall be applied by substituting “2023” for “2022” each place it appears. (b) Section 103(f)(4)(A) of Public Law 108–361 (the Calfed Bay-Delta Authorization Act) is amended by striking “$25,000,000” and inserting “$30,000,000”.
