(a) Section 599D of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1990, is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(3), by striking “fiscal year 1990” and inserting “for each of fiscal years 1990, 1991, and 1992”, and (2) in subsection (e), by striking “October 1, 1990” each place it appears and inserting “October 1, 1992”. (b) Section 599E(b)(2) of such Act is amended by striking “September 30, 1990” and inserting “September 30, 1992”.
