SEC. 2115. CONSIDERATION OF UNIQUE CHALLENGES IN NONCONTIGUOUS STATES AND TERRITORIES. During any public health emergency declared under section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d), the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall conduct quarterly meetings or consultations, as applicable or appropriate, with noncontiguous States and territories with regard to addressing unique public health challenges in such States and territories associated with such public health emergency.136 STAT. 5727
