SEC. 2232. VACCINE DISTRIBUTION PLANS. Section 319A of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–1) is amended—(1) in subsection (a)—(A) by inserting “, or other federally purchased vaccine to address another pandemic” before the period at the end of the first sentence; and (B) by inserting “or other pandemic” before the period at the end of the second sentence; and (2) in subsection (d), by inserting “or other pandemics” after “influenza pandemics”.
