SEC. 1246. REQUIREMENT OF REPORTS AND AUDITS BY STATES. Section 1942(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x–52(a)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “and” at the end; (2) in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following:“(3) the amount provided to each recipient in the previous fiscal year.” .136 STAT. 5680
