SEC. 1424. MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OUTREACH AND EDUCATION AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION. Section 549 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ee–4) is amended—(1) in the heading, by striking “on college campuses” and inserting “at institutions of higher education”; (2) in subsection (c)(2), by inserting “, including minority-serving institutions as described in section 371(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1067q) and community colleges” after “higher education”; and (3) in subsection (f), by striking “2018 through 2022” and inserting “2023 through 2027”.
