Sec. 548. Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: Provided, That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985:(1) $139,928,000 from the unobligated balances available under the heading “U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements”. (2) $12,207 from the unobligated balances available in the “Transportation Security Administration—Transportation Security Support” account (70 X 0554).136 STAT. 4759 (3) $32,750,000 from the unobligated balances available in the “U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services—Operations and Support” account (70 22/23 0300). (4) $187,278 from the unobligated balances available in the “U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services—Operations and Support” account (70 X 0300). (5) $65,165 from the unobligated balances available in the “Federal Emergency Management Agency—State and Local Programs” account (70 X 0560). (6) $50,880 from the unobligated balances available in the “Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection—Operating Expenses” account (70 X 0900). (7) $113,000,000 from the unobligated balances available under the heading “Management Directorate—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements”. (8) $42,730,000 from Public Law 116–93 under the heading “Coast Guard—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements”. (9) $19,000,000 from Public Law 116-6 under the heading “Coast Guard—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements”.
