Sec. 205. (a) Authorization.—The Secretary is authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the McGee Creek Authority, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, accepting a payment in an amount to be determined by the Secretary after appropriate investigation. (b) Contract Termination.—Upon receipt of the payment specified in subsection (a), the McGee Creek Water Authority’s obligation under contract between the Authority and the Secretary numbered 0–07–50–X0822, dated October 11, 1979, shall be terminated. (c) Title to Project Facilities.—Notwithstanding any payments made by the McGee Creek Water Authority pursuant to section 205 (a) and (b) of this language or pursuant to any contract with the Secretary, title to project facilities of the McGee Creek Project, Oklahoma, shall remain with the United States.
