Inland Oil Spill Programs For expenses necessary to carry out the Environmental Protection Agency’s responsibilities under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, including hire, maintenance, and operation of aircraft, $22,072,000, to be derived from the Oil Spill Liability trust fund, to remain available until expended.
