IN GENERAL.

SEC. 301. IN GENERAL. Section 1(b) of Public Law 117–25 (135 Stat. 297; 136 Stat. 2133) is amended—(1) by redesignating paragraphs (2) and (3) as paragraphs (3) and (4), respectively; (2) by inserting after paragraph (1) the following:“(2) Additional transfers.—In addition to amounts transferred under paragraph (1), the Commission may transfer up to $10,000,000 from the Fund into the account.” ; (3) in paragraph (3) (as so redesignated)—(A) by striking “paragraph (1)” and inserting “paragraphs (1) and (2)”; and (B) by striking “until” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting “until October 1, 2024.”; and (4) in paragraph (4) (as so redesignated), by striking “on” and all that follows through “shall” and inserting “on October 1, 2024, shall”.
