Sec. 304. (a) Section 303 of the Department of State Appropriations Act, 1988 (as contained in section 101(a) of Public Law 100–202 (as amended by section 303(a) of Public Law 100–459)) is amended in the first sentence— (1) by striking out “$340,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$440,000”; and (2) by striking out “section 109(c) of the Department of State Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985” and inserting in lieu thereof: “section 109 (b) and (c) of the Department of State Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985”. (b) Section 109(b) of the Department of State Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985, is amended— (1) by striking out “Of the amount” through “Spring 1984” and inserting in lieu thereof: “There are authorized to be appropriated each fiscal year $50,000, to be equally divided between delegations of the Senate and the House of Representatives, to assist in”; (2) by inserting after “meeting” the following: “the expenses of the United States Group”; 104 STAT. 2129 (3) by striking out “which” through “United States”; and (4) by inserting the following sentence at the end thereof: “Amounts appropriated under this section are authorized to remain available until expended.”. (c) Mexico.—Section 2 of Public Law 86–420 is amended— (1) by striking out “$50,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$100,000”; and (2) by striking out “$25,000” both places it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$50,000”. This title may be cited as the “Department of State Appropriations Act, 1991”.
